A report says that the chief executive officer of We Energies is ending his tenure in that role.
Gale Klappa will leave that position on February 1st while acting as executive chairman.
They report Klappa, 68, will stay on for three years as president Kevin Fletcher adds the CEO’s role.
“The team that will work together in the Office of the Chair has delivered industry leading results over many years with a clear commitment to reliability, customer satisfaction and shareholder value,” said Klappa in a news release.
“Our focus remains on the fundamentals of our business and on continuing to develop the next generation of senior leadership. Our future is bright.”
Klappa also hosts WTMJ’s Courtside with the Milwaukee Bucks show.
