As the MLB awards season rolls on, more Brewers are seeing their names among the rest of the finalists.
Brewers outfielder Christian Yelich is one of the top candidates for National League Most Valuable Player, while Manager Craig Counsell was named as a finalist for the National League Manager of the Year award.
Yelich is joined by Javier Baez of the Chicago Cubs and Nolen Arenado of the Colorado Rockies, while Counsell is joined by Bud Black of the Colorado Rockies and Brian Snitker of the Atlanta Braves.
The awards are voted on by the Baseball Writer’s Association of America, and the winner for MVP will be announced on November 15th, while the manager of the year will be announced on November 15th, both at 5 p.m.
