Believe it or not, the 2020 MLB season is approaching the finish line.
Chasing a playoff spot, the Brewers know that every single game is critical.
“Every game is important, there’s no doubt about it,” general manager David Stearns tells WTMJ.
“To be perfectly honest, I have not looked at the standings because it’s so complicated to try and figure everything out. All I know is that we’re playing a lot of games against the Cardinals and the Cubs. If we win those games, we’re going to be in the playoffs.”
The Crew has just 19 games left this season, 13 of those against either the Cardinals or Cubs.
“Our fate is in our own hands. If we play well these next couple weeks, we’ll end up where we want to end up, and that’s what’s most important.”
