Brewers fans across the state are looking forward to first pitch tonight as the Crew takes on the Cubs.
One Brewers player is ready for his first big league Opening Day, after a delayed start to the season.
“I’m very excited,” Brewers infielder Keston Hiura tells WTMJ. “During spring training, a lot of the veterans were saying ‘your debut is one thing, but your first Opening Day is going to be special too.’ I’m looking forward to it.”
“Obviously it’s going to be under a little different circumstances with no fans in the crowd, but I think we’re all just really eager to get back. We’re just going to take advantage of every moment we get and ride with the 60-game season we have.”
