MILWAUKEE — Brewers Spring Training is underway, but their MVP is taking a quick trip to potentially help out Bucks’ forward Pat Connaughton in the dunk contest.
Outfielder Lorenzo Cain, who isn’t on social media, was unaware that his teammate may be involved. Jokingly, Cain said “we don’t need him dunking, we need him to hit baseballs.”
Cain was then asked if Yelich could dunk and responded “I’m not sure. He should be able to. I still got it. I can throw down.”
Festivities from Chicago begin tonight at 8 p.m.
