Good news is coming out already at the first Milwaukee Brewers event of the calendar year, Brewers On Deck 2020.
Star outfielder and perennial MVP candidate Christian Yelich told reporters his knee is feeling “100%” after the right kneecap injury that cost him much of his September and any possible postseason play in 2019, a postseason that ended in the NL Wild Card Game.
A kneecap injury in early September led to Yelich’s departure from action. The injury perhaps cost him a second consecutive MVP award.
