A Milwaukee Brewers reliever is reportedly set to be back in a Brewers uniform in 2020 after inking a deal with the team to avoid arbitration.
Adam McCalvy of MLB.com says that the Brewers now have a one-year contract set with Corey Knebel.
Knebel spent 2019 recovering from Tommy John surgery.
In four years with Milwaukee, he has a 6-11 record, but a 3.02 ERA, 57 saves and 310 strikeouts and just 162 hits allowed in 214.1 innings pitched.
Knebel was an All-Star in 2017 with a 1.78 ERA in a league-leading 76 games, producing 39 saves.
