It's the long awaited return to Major League Baseball for Brewers pitcher Jimmy Nelson.
According to Tom Haudricourt of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, General Manager David Stearns called Nelson to inform him he'd be returning to the big league club.
Manager Craig Counsell says Nelson will get the start on Wednesday when the team hosts the Miami Marlins.
It'll be Nelson's first MLB action since injuring his shoulder in September 2017. He spent more than a year recovering from major shoulder surgery.

Counsell said David Stearns called Jimmy Nelson to tell him he'd be coming back to majors to start Wednesday against Miami. Jimmy might not need a plane to fly to Milwaukee. He has wanted this so bad.
