One of the Milwaukee Brewers' co-ace pitchers has not pitched in a meaningful baseball game since September of 2017.
That changed on Monday.
Even though his appearance Monday was a spring training game, it was meaningful for different than official reasons.

His performance was not stellar: Two earned runs allowed in one inning against the Chicago White Sox.
But for a pitcher who was missing for all of the 2018 season, this could be the first on-mound step forward toward a return for him as a starting pitcher the Brewers may need to truly get over the hump and get to/win a World Series again.
