Grandal has been with the Dodgers for the past four years. In 2018 he batted .241 in 140 games with 24 home runs and 68 RBIs.
The past two seasons he has been sharing the catching duties with Austin Barnes, and it was a few defensive lapses during the 2018 NLCS against the Brewers that led Grandal to be replaced by Barnes for several games.
Multiple reports confirming details of Grandal's contract with the Brewers will be a 1 year deal worth $18.25 Million. The MLB confirming the details in a tweet on Wednesday.
