More than 200,000 people in Wisconsin have now tested positive for COVID-19, according to the latest numbers from the Wisconsin Department of Health Services.
The numbers, released on Monday, show 2,883 new cases out of 12,749 tests analyzed.
With those latest positive results, Wisconsin has now seen 201,049 confirmed cases of COVID-19.
The Department of Health Services also announced on Monday that it took 7.5 months for Wisconsin to hit 100,000 cases. It took just 36 days from there to hit 200,000.
10 new deaths and 84 new hospitalizations were also announced on Monday.
The number of people currently hospitalized in Wisconsin due to COVID-19 is 1,295, according to the Wisconsin Hospital Association.
320 of those people are in the Intensive Care Unit.
