More than 1,000 people have tested positive for COVID-19 in the state of Wisconsin, according to the latest numbers from the Department of Health Services.
The new numbers represent the 989 cases described by the Wisconsin Department of Health Services on Saturday, March 28th. After those numbers were released, Milwaukee County added an additional 45 positive cases, meaning there are at least 1,034 positive cases in Wisconsin.
15,232 people have tested negative.
Of those 1,034 positive tests, 541 are located in Milwaukee County.
431 people in the city of Milwaukee have tested positive.
At least 15 people have died in Wisconsin as a result of COVID-19.
