A four-year veteran with Green Bay, Fackrell played in 61 games and started nine. He had 111 total tackles and 16.5 sacks, with 10.5 in the 2018 season.
This is the second departure at the linebacker position from Green Bay to the Giants, as Blake Martinez is heading there, too.
The Packers already signed Christian Kirkley from Cleveland at the linebacker position.
