The Green Bay Packers have announced a small rise in almost all their ticket prices for the 2019 NFL season, one which they say keeps them at the just-below-average price for an NFL ticket.
The Packers have set the following prices for tickets:
– End zone seats: $111 regular season ($109 in 2018), $56 preseason ($54 in 2018)
– End zone to 20 yard line: $128 regular season ($122 in 2018), $63 preseason ($62 in 2018)
– Between the 20 yard lines: $142 regular season ($136 in 2018), $72 preseason ($71 in 2018)
– South end zone 700 level: $120 regular season ($119 in 2018), $60 preseason ($59 in 2018)
– South end zone 600 level: $128 regular season ($126 in 2018), $63 preseason ($66 in 2018)
The last listed ticket price, the 600 level, includes a decrease in preseason ticket costs for this season compared to last year.
“This pricing increase continues our practice of keeping our prices just below the middle of NFL pricing, while recognizing the value of the gameday experience at Lambeau Field and providing shared revenue to our fellow NFL teams,” Packers President/CEO Mark Murphy said in a statement reflecting the letter sent to fans in their 2019 ticket brochure.
The Packers are sending invoices to fans this week, with payment due on March 30.
Fans are also able to use the “Pay as We Play” method for playoff tickets, where fans can register online. If the Packers host an NFC Wild Card game, they can reserve ticket prices lower than regular season game tickets. Tickets for other playoff rounds were not disclosed. Green package holders get the first right of refusal for playoff ticket seat locations, with gold package holders getting their chance on August 16.
All tickets will now be delivered electronically on smartphones.
