In the first hours on the practice field as a Green Bay Packers linebacker, Wisconsin’s own Vince Biegel is already reportedly battling the injury bug, though it is described as minor.

After practice, NBC26’s Kelly Price reports that the injury to Biegel was “nothing major.”
Demovsky updated the injury information, saying it was actually a hand injury and that he had x-rays. Biegel told Demovsky the injury was “nothing of concern” and said it didn’t “damper” the day, a “dream first day.”
This was the first day of rookie camp for the Packers.
Biegel was chosen in the 4th round out of the University of Wisconsin. He came in a pick that was part of a first-day trade which led to the Packers picking cornerback Kevin King in the second round, and Biegel in the 4th.
The Packers missed picking out on linebacker T.J. Watt by trading that first round pick. He went to the Steelers.
