Summerfest 55 - WTMJ

SUMMERFEST 2023: Everything you need to know!

Milwaukee is excited to again welcome the biggest artists in the country to the lakefront! While you’re jamming out to your favorite bands, stop by to see some of your favorite WTMJ hosts! We will be live on-site all three weekends of the Big Gig.

Celebrating 55 years of Summerfest!

This year marks the 55th annual Summerfest in Milwaukee — highlighting a dramatic achievement in music, tourism and live events for this city. As a result, Summerfest is celebrating with a host of events, a 55th anniversary logo and much more, including a Happy Hour from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. each day of Summerfest. During this timeframe, you can purchase a Miller Lite, Miller High Life, or Coors Light for $5.50 at select vendors.

“55 years of music, food, fun, and unforgettable memories will bring us together as we celebrate Summerfest’s 55th anniversary next year,” said Don Smiley, CEO of Milwaukee World Festival, Inc.  “Mayor Henry Maier’s vision of Summerfest has now grown into one of the largest and most diverse music festivals anywhere. We are proud to continue that legacy and look forward to celebrating with our fans, sponsors, and artists in 2023.”
