More than half of the Summerfest headlining concerts scheduled for 2020’s festival have been successfully re-set for 2021’s festival.
Summerfest has announced six main concerts rescheduled for the American Family Insurance Amphitheater next year:
– Khalid: June 24, 2021 (originally scheduled for June 27, 2020)
– Luke Bryan: June 25, 2021 (originally June 25, 2020)
– Dave Matthews Band: July 1, 2021 (originally July 2, 2020)
– Blink-182: July 2, 2021 (originally June 28, 2020)
– Halsey: July 3, 2021 (originally July 3, 2020)
– Chris Stapleton: July 8, 2021 (originally June 30, 2020)
The festival says rescheduled dates for Justin Bieber and Guns N’ Roses are “coming soon.”
Summerfest says ticket owners for the rescheduled shows can keep their original tickets, and they will be honored for the respective 2021 concerts. Those who can’t attend have 30 days after the day the rescheduled date was announced to ask for refunds by going to their original purchase location.
People have until July 17 to request refunds on Summerfest admission tickets. Fans can hold on to their 2020 Summerfest tickets, and they will be honored for the 2021 festival.
The coronavirus pandemic led Summerfest to cancel for the first time in more than 50 years.
