She has worn various hats throughout her career, working in marketing, radio/broadcasting, sales, IT and technical support. Debbie’s first stint with our team came in 1998 and lasted for a decade. She departed for roles in different industries until 2016, when she rejoined 620 WTMJ as our Traffic Anchor and Reporter.
You can hear Debbie’s signature traffic reports live on Wisconsin’s Morning News from 6 a.m. to 9 a.m. and again on Wisconsin’s Afternoon News from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. on weekdays. She also produces a Feature series called ‘Driver’s Ed with Debbie,’ and frequently tells stories outside of traffic as well.
She loves Disney, dogs, traveling and telling stories with her own unique flair, keeping the public informed and entertained along the way. Her family is from Cuba, and she is fluent in both English and Spanish.
