Did You Know: John is active in support groups and programs for the disabled. His youngest daughter has Down Syndrome.

John, an Oak Creek native, grew up listening to WTMJ. His dream has always been to work here. John worked in various Wisconsin locales, including Watertown, Green Bay, and Madison, before his arrival at 620 WTMJ.  John's passion is spending time with his wife Heid and kids.  He's also a Beatles freak, loves all sports, particularly softball and basketball.

John has won dozens of  journalism awards, including best reporting, best news writing, best feature, best use of audio, best live reporting and best sports report from the Milwaukee Press Club, Wisconsin Broadcasters Association, The Associated Press, RTNDA and NBNA.
